Rumi was a 13th-century Persian poet, Islamic jurist, theologian, and mystic. Rumi is a descriptive name meaning "the Roman" since he lived most of his life in an area called Rūm because it was once ruled by the Byzantine Empire.

What is Barefoot Shiatsu?

Barefoot Shiatsu is a form of Acupressure, its roots are in Eastern Medicine. Sessions take place on a mat with the recipient in loose, comfortable clothing, without shoes, though perhaps socks. Working with her bare feet on the recipient, by rocking and leaning, the practitioner promotes a deep sense of nurturance and healing.
