BOQUERIA

Surrounding the Boqueria market in Barcelona, is an abundance of bars and small restaurants where buyers and sellers alike can indulge their appetites. These bars offer simple but exceptionally well prepared food that can be enjoyed at any time of day.

Inspired by this market-fresh food, Suba owner Yann de Rochefort and Chef / Partner Seamus Mullen, opened Boqueria to present the cuisine of Cataluna and other Spanish regions in the form of tapas, media raciones and raciones.
