At the end of a stressful week, Hildebrandt's will make you feel good from the moment you walk in the door. If it's lunch you're there for, you might enjoy one of our homemade soups, savory and refreshing salmon salad, roast chicken or chicken au poivre which features two grilled and peppered boneless breasts in a creamy cracked pepper and brandy sauce. Dinner might include lasagna, pecan chicken with a honey mustard and pecan sauce, or just a simple hamburger and fries which is delivered fresh everyday from the butcher. No matter your choice, the food will please your appetite and the decor will warm your heart.

There are days when most of us could use a Hildebrandt's fix. The Williston Park eatery, in business since 1927, is both an old fashioned ice-cream parlor and a full service restaurant offering Italian specialties in addition to the usual luncheonette classics. Factor in the warm and attentive staff, and you're experiencing a by-gone era of dining out fun on Long Island.

Don't pass on this!!!!! From Homemade Pies, Ice Cream and Incredible Sundaes, Hildebrandt's is sure to please. Everything is topped with fresh homemade whip cream. There's a counter of homemade chocolates and small gift items to take with you. After an afternoon out with the kids, take them to Hildebrandt's for a treat you will all enjoy so much, you will make a tradition of it.

We make chocolates, known as Kringles, which receipes come all the way from Germany. Try our new sugar-free chocolates!
