bad experience
on this past Saturday night a group of ten of us went to your south beach location and enjoyed the meal and drinks until we received the check. it is bad enough , but acceptable to charge $40.00 for a double vodka, but to then charge $2,00 for ice is unheard of and criminal... when i questioned your so called manager, whom gave me the excuse the charge for for labour to make the ice i was appolled. i have dined in the finest restaurants all over the world and have never been charged for ice. he wouldnt drop the charge for ice from our $1350.00 check. he said he didnt have authority to drop the charge. its not that i cant afford the chrge it is the principal. if you dont charge for ice in a coke why charge in a cocktail? i am hoping that you will resolve this to my satisfaction very quickly, or i promise to make this public where ever possible.
