Pegu Club is a mixologist bar from Dale Degroff protege Audrey Saunders - whose former stints include Benelmans Bar, Blackbird and Beacon. Named after a British Colonial Officer's club in Burma, Pegu's mission is to "bring back the true art of cocktail culture and preserve the craft of a well-made drink through thoughtful preparation and respectful methodology."  In addition to an assortment of creative cocktails, specialty teas and fresh squeezed juices Pegu also serves an Asian inspired snack menu.
